As a manufacturer, we guarantee the quality of our products. If an item hasn't met your expectations, you can bring it back. If you are experiencing difficulty or dissatisfaction please contact us prior to returning your Carrier; we can often offer a solution that will help. If you still have some difficulties and/or are unhappy with your product, items purchased directly from our websites are returnable within the 30 day trial period, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact if you need to return a product. A return or exchange will only be accepted if the customer has contacted Chimparoo prior to sending the item(s) back. Simply return the item for exchange, refund, repair, or credit.

We offer a fixing service. If you see some defects that could be fix please communicate with us. A repair fee may be applied to non-warranty items. Please give us 2 weeks to send you back your carrier.



Wraps and bags are exchangeable and reimbursable if they have not been worn and/or washed. Articles must be returned in their original state with all documents included.

If you wish to exchange your wrap, return delivery is at your own cost. If the product has manufacturing faults or an error was made when being sent, we will reimburse you the amount of return postal service. Send a bill of your expedition costs with the package.

If you wish to be reimbursed, the return costs are your responsibility. Also, only 75% of the amount billed will be reimbursed. L’echarpe Porte-bonheur reserves the right to refuse a reimbursement.



To return a product by mail, complete the Chimparoo Return/Exchange/Repair Form, print the completed form, and include it with the product you are returning. Send the package to our address:

Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Parcel Post. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post. We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.


Ship goods prepaid, by insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write "Canadian Goods returning" on the outside of the package.

Do not return items by UPS or other carriers, as duty and/or brokerage fees will be charged, and your return will be refused by Chimparoo.
